1950s housewife

I have literally tried to post this 5 times...we'll see how it goes.

I just finished a research paper about the 1950's housewife, so i thought we could look at some ads from the era. The hairstyles and clothes are so cool (that's not anything near what my paper was about btw haha.) Gonna get some inspiration from these:

Splurge Saturday

Splurge is such a gross word. haha. And i almost never use it because i never find the need to, except for one thing. I have a weakness and its name is Shoes! I love shoes and i always get a pair for my birthday so technically i didn't splurge on these but i would have if i didn't get them then.

I've only worn them once because its been either hot or rainy so the weather hasn't been right, but i can't wait to. I highly recommend a pair for yourself (i don't even think they're over 100)!! Thanks for reading

Hey everyone! I tried posting this yesterday but my computer kept freaking out so lets try this again. I am really into online shopping and i know of a lot website shops that not a lot of people know about, so here are a few:

DIY it

Never spend money on a jewelry box again! Here's a DIY idea that is more funtctional than an actual jewelry box. Its better to have a bulliton board because it stays out of your way, keeps necklaces and bracelets from tangling and at most you spend $5.
 

It's not the prettiest thing in the world but you can definitely make it girly or something by stapeling your favorite fabric around it (or use a pillow case), add ribbon and cute buttons if you want. I might make mine nicer looking soon. Thanks for reading!

Dress Up a T

So from all my volunteer work I've acquired a plethora of Tshirts from the events and I hardly ever wear them! So I decided to find ways to dress them up in unique ways, and I wear them all the time now. I have a bunch but lets start out with my lacrosse one first. :]
